From Advertising to Anchoring in Ganema

Takis, an advertising man by heritage and a sailor by heart, spent most of his summers navigating the Aegean—back when GPS was a luxury and weather apps were pure science fiction. On one of his early voyages, the sea decided to test his resolve with 10 Beaufort winds and waves the size of small buildings.

In a stroke of luck (or Poseidon's mercy), he found shelter in the calm, secluded bay of Ganema. It was love at first anchorage.

So during the recent economic crisis, while the advertising world was heading into a storm of its own, Takis saw an opportunity—not just to escape, but to invest in a piece of paradise. That's how the dream began.
